Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor in Las Vegas to guide prospective students through the admissions journey. You will be the main contact from inquiry to enrollment, providing information on programs, timelines, and decisions.

You will input data in Recruit and Colleague, coordinate campus visits and tours, and ensure all prerequisites and paperwork are completed. This role supports students in navigating financing and admission policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an earned baccalaureate degree; experience in higher education or student recruitment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up in Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide program information and campus tours to prospective students.
• Notify students of acceptance and explain enrollment steps and timelines.
• Explain transfer credit policies and prerequisites, including immunizations and screenings.
• Guide students through enrollment, financing, and required paperwork.
• Ensure documentation is complete and students are oriented to program expectations.
• Meet with students to review enrollment agreements and college policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college policies and accrediting guidelines.
