Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through education decisions and the enrollment journey. You will be the primary contact, provide program information, and help students complete enrollment steps on campus.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience; higher education recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; confident, customer-friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Provide information about programs and conduct campus tours for prospective students.
• Guide students through the enrollment process and ensure documentation is complete.
