Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; healthcare education recruitment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Confident, customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruitment systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up in Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide information on on-campus programs and conduct campus tours.
• Notify accepted students and guide them through enrollment.
• Explain transfer credit and financing paperwork.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
