Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of general office experience required; higher education experience preferred.
• Experience with customer service technologies and willingness to learn; knowledge of TargetX CRM, chat bot, Banner, Banner Financial Aid, OnBase, and Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and community members in person or virtually.
• Provide accurate information across Admission, Academic Advising, Registration, Financial Aid, and Student Records.
• Assist with enrollment-related tasks and guide students through registration and holds.
