Job summary

The Student Engagement Coordinator at Penn State University helps students develop goals for the academic year and balance academics with co-curricular activities, while promoting their development through EcoReps, student activities, leadership development, service, and multicultural programs.

You will work with campus partners to manage programs, resources, events, and communications, supervise student staff, and support Sustain Penn State initiatives across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate sustainable co-curricular educational experiences for students.
• Support clubs and campus organizations engaged in sustainability activities.
• Develop, implement, plan, and assess programs and services for the campus community.
• Coordinate event planning, room reservations, and vendor policies.
• Supervise student employees, including hiring, development, and performance management.
