Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the creation of robust co-curricular sustainability-focused educational experiences for students.
• Provide guidance and support to clubs and organizations on campus engaged in sustainability-focused activities.
• Develop, implement, plan, and assess programs and services for the campus community.
• Develop strategies to foster campus and community involvement for faculty, staff, and students.
• Manage and coordinate all event contracts and budget allocation.
• Responsible for managing, developing, and disseminating internal and external communications about activities.
• Assess educational programs to evaluate student learning and identify gaps in educational needs.
• Provide support for service opportunities and partnerships with campus departments and units.
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote campus events.
• Coordinate event planning to ensure room reservations, setup details, and campus policy compliance.
• Will supervise student employees, including hiring, development, and performance management.
• Complete duties as assigned as part of Sustain Penn State.
