The role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Offices of Student Engagement, Spiritual Life, Culture, Community & Belonging, and Service & Community Engagement, while also offering backup support to other areas within Student Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Offices of Student Engagement, Spiritual Life, Culture, Community & Belonging, and Service & Community Engagement.
• Support day-to-day operations and assist with programs, events, communications, budgets, scheduling, and departmental systems.
• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for students, families, employees, and campus visitors.
• Provide backup administrative support to other areas within Student Affairs as needed.
