Job summary

Curry College seeks a Student Engagement Coordinator to develop, implement, and assess engagement initiatives that foster leadership, belonging, and campus community. This role oversees the South Side Tavern, coordinates campus programs, supervises student staff, and supports the Office of Student Engagement with administration and budgeting.

Regular evening and weekend work is required to support departmental programs and major campus events, including late-night initiatives and traditions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in student activities, campus programming, or related areas (graduate assistantships may be considered).
• Experience planning and implementing programs and events.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the South Side Tavern and coordinate programming.
• Plan and execute a diverse calendar of campus-wide programs and traditions.
• Supervise and mentor student staff supporting the Office of Student Engagement.
• Assist with assessment, budgeting, and department operations.
