Job summary

Under the Dean of Student Life, you will manage budgets, supervise part-time staff, advise Student Congress, and collaborate with campus partners to promote retention and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with word processing and database software; ability to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and promotes student engagement programs, clubs, events, and governance.
• Develops annual program goals and assessments with student life leadership.
• Coordinates staff work, budgets, and reporting for student engagement activities.
• Assists students with event planning while following college policies.
• Collaborates to develop applied learning opportunities and campus programming.
• Advises Student Congress and supports leadership development.
• Recruits, trains, and supervises part-time staff as needed.
