Job summary

San Joaquin Delta College is seeking a program administrator to oversee Empowerment Resource Programs and related services for diverse student populations. You will supervise advisory committees, manage recruitment and orientation, and market the programs while ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and directing educational and support programs.
• Ability to analyze data and assess program outcomes.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement and monitor program activities and advisory committees.
• Serve as Homeless Student Liaison coordinating with campus and community agencies.
• Oversee education and training programs for foster youth caregivers.
• Identify equity issues and assess student learning outcomes for assigned programs.
• Coordinate with enrollment and student services to ensure appropriate services.
• Conduct outreach, manage website and marketing materials, and supervise staff.
