Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in grant operations or managing categorically funded programs.
• At least one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid California Driver's License (Class C) and willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies and design orientation for the program.
• Coordinate with college programs, personnel and community partners.
• Interview, supervise, train and evaluate staff.
• Publicize the project and recruit populations per grant terms.
• Conduct meetings, workshops and other activities to facilitate program design.
• Administer program budget and monitor expenditures.
• Prepare reports and make presentations at local/state level workshops.
• Collect data to demonstrate grant compliance and provide funder recommendations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
