Benedictine University is seeking a Student Employee for IT Support Services at the Lisle campus. This part-time position allows students to gain valuable experience while working 15-20 hours a week, between 8 AM and 4 PM. Responsibilities include assisting with technical support, managing helpdesk tickets, and providing customer service.
Applicants must be currently enrolled students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools.

The Information Technology Department is seeking a student to fill a part-time opening in our IT Support Services group. Preferred applicants will have computer and customer service experience. Students in all majors are encouraged to apply, and applications will be accepted until the opening is filled. Students are expected to work between 15-20 hours per week. Hours are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility if necessary.
Regularly talk or hear. Frequently stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 25 pounds. Use of computer screen, phone, and customer service. May require bending, or sitting for long periods. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Campus‑specific pandemic protocol guidelines are required.
Required to complete all University‑specific and/or OSHA‑related training, either online or in person.
