Job summary

Benedictine University is seeking a Student Employee for IT Support Services at the Lisle campus. This part-time position allows students to gain valuable experience while working 15-20 hours a week, between 8 AM and 4 PM. Responsibilities include assisting with technical support, managing helpdesk tickets, and providing customer service.

Applicants must be currently enrolled students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled Benedictine student in good standing.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, D2L, and MyBenU.

Responsibilities

• Assist with password resets.
• Connect end users to WIFI.
• Answer phones.
• Assign tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Fill printers with paper and toner.
• Assist with events.
