Job summary

You will provide test-preparation guidance, travel between sites as needed, and collaborate with instructors and leadership to support testing and program operations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining accurate student records in SIS databases.
• Familiarity with TABE and Accuplacer testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proctor and administer TABE, Accuplacer and other approved assessments across multiple sites.
• Enter and verify assessment scores and student data in the SIS system; generate reports and monitor data quality.
• Provide test-preparation instruction and study tips to improve student performance.
• Travel between program locations to support testing, instructional, and data management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with instructors and program leadership to support program operations.
