Job summary

Burlington High School, part of the Burlington School District, seeks a Student Database Manager to maintain student data and data infrastructure. The role supports the administrative team, ensures data accuracy, and configures systems for district reporting and staff use.

The Data Manager will produce timely reports, aid in scheduling, and stay current with district software tools. Strong data handling skills and familiarity with PowerSchool are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least two years of training and/or experience with computer operations, including data entry and database use.

Responsibilities

• Check and validate student data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Validate and apply data updates from various sources (PowerSchool, Schoology, etc.).
• Adapt software configuration to changing policies and situations.
• Assist users with basic system use and troubleshoot data systems.
• Produce reports for administration and teachers.
• Assist in yearly course scheduling and master schedule updates.
