Dallas Independent School District is seeking a Data Controller (Grades 9-12) to manage student data, transcripts, and grade reporting. The role involves updating the student information system, entering course master data, and ensuring accuracy across district data products.

The position requires keyboarding/ten key skills, ability to work with limited supervision, and coordination with multiple offices within the district. Regular attendance at campus sites is essential.

• Demonstrated keyboarding and/or ten key calculator skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Complete input documents and update student database via electronic data transmission.

Responsabilidades

• Collect data required to maintain systems supporting transcripts, grade reporting, rank-in-class, student scheduling, and demographic data.
• Verify accuracy of data, recognize discrepancies, and take corrective action for PEIMS and court reporting.
• Update student database via electronic data transmission and maintain student demographic and enrollment data.
• Enter course master information for all courses offered on campus and input into the database.
• Understand and use computer systems and data transmission within the student information systems.
• Plan and schedule tasks in line with school priorities and departmental calendar.
