Qualifications

• High School Diploma or USA equivalency.
• Prefer two years of data entry experience in an organization benefiting customer support; data entry experience in technology.
• Demonstrated task-oriented self-starter with high accuracy.
• Ability to learn basic technical aspects of microcomputer usage, networking, and data communications.
• Ability to communicate concisely and professionally, orally and in writing.
• Proficient in the use of e-mail and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, TEAMS).
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of district personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating user guides related to district adopted case management system and related support systems.
• Assist in testing the latest version of the case management system software.
• Help with user training tasks: maintain trainee lists, training schedule, materials, and communications.
• Accurately enter data related to new users, title changes, and access or student file-related services.
• Provide software functional support and resolve inquiries for district staff.
• Identify software problems related to the case management system as experienced by users.
• Perform data entry to maintain the department's database for reporting purposes.
• Research and submit student user ID discrepancies for corrections in the Student Information System.
• Maintain current user email list for communications; perform other duties as assigned.
