Job summary

ArcBest is seeking a Student Worker, Customer Support - 3PL in Fort Smith, AR to assist with day-to-day support for third-party logistics customers. You will gather and enter information, monitor activity, and communicate updates to both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day customer support tasks for third-party logistics customers.
• Gather and enter customer, shipment, and operational information into designated systems.
• Help monitor customer support activity and notify team members of updates or issues.
• Assist with customer follow-up by preparing information and communicating updates as directed.
• Support internal teams by organizing customer communications and operational records.
• Follow established procedures to help support consistent customer account handling.
• Assist customers and internal users with website access or customer-facing support tools.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.
