Role & responsibilities
- Proven experience managing WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for student engagement and lead generation.
- Strong background in building and managing active student communities on WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Prior experience in the study abroad consultancy or education marketing sector is a strong advantage.
- Ability to run or assist in Meta ad campaigns for digital outreach (Instagram/Facebook ads).
- Strong communication skills verbal and written (English required; Hindi/regional language is a bonus).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without daily micromanagement.
- Can plan, schedule, and execute social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and student updates.
- Familiarity with student visa processes, intakes, and admission cycles for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Ireland, and Australia.
- Should be comfortable (or willing to learn) to visit colleges or education fairs and deliver presentations about studying abroad.
- Must be committed to long-term growth, ready to grow with a startup, and bring value through consistency and effort.
