This isn’t your typical social media manager gig. It’s strategy, content direction, and client growth with a highly-collaborative team that gets social, embraces change, and laughs (tbh, a lot).
A bit on us: Sculpt is a B2B social media marketing agency. We help global B2B brands use social media to engage their prospects, inspire their advocates, and grow their audiences. We’re lucky to work with some of the biggest names in tech.
A bit on you: Your marketing career is full of stories that started with big client goals and ended with bigger results. You balance strategy with tactical action. You don’t just join client conversations: you lead them. You catch the small details, connect the dots, and push projects forward with confidence. You know when to push, when to flex, and you thrive on collaboration.
A bit on the role: At Sculpt, Engagement Managers (“EMs”) are full-time, client-facing social media consultants and project leaders. You’ll own relationships, drive content strategy and planning, and manage scopes across multiple service lines (organic and paid social).
