Title: Engagement Manager, Social Media

If your love language is crisp client decks, strategic content plans, and social strategies that actually move the needle… well, hi It’s time we met.

This isn’t your typical social media manager gig. It’s strategy, content direction, and client growth with a highly-collaborative team that gets social, embraces change, and laughs (tbh, a lot).

A bit on us: Sculpt is a B2B social media marketing agency. We help global B2B brands use social media to engage their prospects, inspire their advocates, and grow their audiences. We’re lucky to work with some of the biggest names in tech.

A bit on you: Your marketing career is full of stories that started with big client goals and ended with bigger results. You balance strategy with tactical action. You don’t just join client conversations: you lead them. You catch the small details, connect the dots, and push projects forward with confidence. You know when to push, when to flex, and you thrive on collaboration.

A bit on the role: At Sculpt, Engagement Managers (“EMs”) are full-time, client-facing social media consultants and project leaders. You’ll own relationships, drive content strategy and planning, and manage scopes across multiple service lines (organic and paid social).

Think of your role as an owner of three things, that together turns client ambitions into team wins:

  • The Client Relationship Manager
  • The Social Media Director (not the social media manager)
  • The Internal Project Leader

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading client engagements across multiple B2B social media accounts, setting daily expectations and keeping the work moving.
  • Managing multi-line scopes across organic and paid social to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Owning content planning and previews, leading presentations, and managing client feedback with minimal oversight.
  • Building and presenting performance reports that tie social media activities to business goals—and shaping the strategic next steps.
  • Driving account growth by pitching new tactics, formats, or service line expansions every quarter.
  • Quality assuring deliverables across campaigns, content, reports, and scopes before they hit client inboxes.
  • Delegating effectively to content creators, community managers, and freelancers, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Sharing expertise and mentorship with junior team members, contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.

Building trust as the “go-to” partner for your clients and team

You’ll thrive here if you meet these requirements:

  • You have 2+ years of client-facing account experience in an agency setting.
  • You have 4+ years of experience managing social media marketing programs, with a strong grasp of organic and paid strategies.
  • You know how to recommend the right channels, content types, and paid approaches for B2B brands based on goals.
  • You can lead client calls, present strategy decks, and respond to tough questions with confidence.
  • You can juggle multiple clients and service lines without losing the thread (or the quality).
  • You build decks, updates, and PM tasks like it’s second nature.
  • You communicate clearly across every medium (email, Zoom, Slack, slides).
  • You thrive in a remote-first, growth-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • You believe in leading with empathy, curiosity, and a bias toward action.

p.s. You won't be expected to execute 100% of the day-to-day SMM work yourself, but having the hands-on know-how to jump in when needed is key.
