Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with event planning or group facilitation preferred.
• Administrative and office experience preferred.
• Weekly availability including evenings and weekends.
• Attends staff trainings and meetings at start of terms.
• Maintains confidentiality with chapel documents and visitors.
• Must be enrolled as a student in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support Muller Chapel events and programs.
• Support ORSL staff and partners; assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Provide office support and respond to chapel visitors.
• Engage students with resources and referrals.
• Coordinate communications with affiliated communities and groups.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and biweekly one-on-one meetings with the ORSL Director.
• Work up to 20 hours per week at Muller Chapel.
