Reports directly to the Dean of Students and serves as a member of the Student Life staff. Supervises studentemployees. Works closely with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community leaders. Occasional contact with prospective students and their parents.

Bachelor's degree required; at least three years of professional experience in higher education required, preferablyin the area of student development, counseling, education, or similar field.
Effective communication, program development and program marketing skills. Knowledge about and experiencewith student life at a small, residential liberal arts college. This position is a critical integral part of campus life andrequires active visibility and engagement in all aspects of student life. Ability to motivate and work successfullywith others.

The hiring pay range for this position is $45-$47K.
