Job summary

Ithaca College is seeking engaged individuals to join the Unity Center as Program Assistants. You will co-facilitate workshops, help develop marketing materials, and support office operations while engaging with topics around identity, diversity, equity, justice, and social change.

• Maintain a 2.75 GPA and a minimum of 12 credits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops on identity, social change, and equity, independently or with others.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and coordinating events and campus initiatives.
• Provide office coverage including phones, messages, opening/closing, data entry, and guest greeting.
• Support professional staff on Center projects and initiatives.
• Plan and execute large-scale events like First/Unity Friday and Unity Center Hour.
• Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
