Job summary

NLACRC is seeking a part-time Associate Consumer Service Coordinator in the San Fernando Valley to support service coordination for individuals and families. The role requires two days per week with eight hours each day, under enhanced supervision and coaching.

You will help identify services, document activities, and advocate within the community while working with diverse populations. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in a Health and Human Services-related field.
• Must have two professional letters of recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, monitoring, and evaluating basic program plans.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families in basic, non-complex cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in NLACRC policy.
• Advocate on behalf of individuals receiving services.
• Schedule and participate in interdisciplinary meetings with families, service providers, and advocates.
• Identify barriers to service delivery and implement culturally responsive strategies.
