Qualifications

• Supports day-to-day operation of the student conduct system.
• Interprets CSU Standards for Student Conduct and campus policies.
• Maintains accurate, confidential records and manages case workflow.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals for administrative completeness and establish case records.
• Support case workflow from referral to resolution under Director supervision.
• Maintain confidential records and respond to general questions about conduct processes.
