Job summary

Qualifications

• Processes referrals for administrative completeness and establishes case records.
• Supports case workflow following review and assignment by the Director.
• Responds to general questions about conduct processes and case-management systems.
• Maintains accurate, timely, confidential records.
• Interprets requirements and communicates procedural expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manages cases from referral through resolution within delegated authority.
• Cross-trains to support housing conduct, academic integrity referrals, and educational outcomes.
• Escalates complex or high‑risk cases to Director or Assistant Director as appropriate.
