Job summary

California State University, Fullerton is seeking a Student Conduct Coordinator to support the conduct process, investigate and adjudicate student misconduct, and coordinate sanctions with university partners. The role emphasizes confidentiality, documentation, and student-centered interventions.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field with two years of professional student services experience; a Master's may substitute for one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences/public administration/business administration or related field plus 2 years of professional student services experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 1 year of professional experience.
• Background check will be completed prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and support the Student Conduct process, including investigation and adjudication of misconduct.
• Collaborate with Directors and staff, document reports, review evidence, and prepare hearing scripts.
• Issue warnings, manage cases in Maxient, and maintain confidential records in line with state and federal guidelines.
• Develop and present educational student programming and outreach materials.

Education
