Qualifications

• Foster collaborative work environment with faculty, staff and students.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities; strategic resource use.
• Knowledge of FERPA, Title IX, Clery and related regulations.
• Familiarity with conduct software such as Maxient, Symplicity or PAVE.
• Ability to handle confidential files and information.
• Spanish or Arabic language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a student conduct administrator and investigator for code violations.
• Determine appropriate sanctions and provide referrals to offices and agencies.
• Apply dispute resolution, mediation, and problem-solving techniques.
• Administer the Maxient Conduct Manager and maintain confidential files per FERPA.
• Provide training and educational resources to faculty and staff on student conduct.
• Develop and deliver workshops on conduct, conflict resolution and civility.
• Collaborate with Dean and staff to maintain Code of Conduct and Student Life areas.
