Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree required; five+ years in workforce/community education or related fields.
- Experience managing budgets, personnel, and programs.
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and evaluate curricula and new programs.
- Experience with staff supervision, project management, and strategic collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to subdivision staff.
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate subdivision initiatives.
- Lead strategic development for community and continuing education.
- Develop budgets, monitor operations, and prepare subdivision reports.
- Collaborate with business and community partners to grow programs.
- Represent the college at community events and advisory boards.
