Job summary

AtWork Personnel in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Student Coach to support classroom technology and student learning. The role involves helping students navigate the Academy's software, maintaining accounts, and assisting with data management and reports.

Ideal candidates have basic tech skills, strong English language abilities, and a willingness to grow into research-based blended teaching methods. DOJ/FBI clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, and software applications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
• Preferred; AA degree, 48 upper division semester units, or higher.
• Pre-employment clearance: DOJ and FBI.

Responsibilities

• Creates, administers, and resets student user accounts in the LMS and online curricular systems.
• Upload data from the online assessment system to centralized servers.
• Guide students on how to use curricular and diagnostic systems.
• Assist individual students with software applications and personalized learning paths.
• Run routine technology software maintenance patches.
• Run reports and analyze data on student usage and progress.
• Assist with supervision of students attending the Academy.
• Serve as information source for substitutes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality of student information.
• Participate in in-service training programs.
