Tech Time Cincinnati is looking for an Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and manage communications for our tech programs. Ideal for organized professionals or students, this role involves phone and email handling, volunteer scheduling, and outreach efforts.

About the Role: The Administrative Assistant is the organizational backbone of Tech Time Cincinnati, ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional or student who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing communications, software platforms, and team coordination to support our youth and adult tech programs.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule volunteers at partner locations while overseeing their training and onboarding processes.
Lead outreach efforts to recruit new students and secure facilities for upcoming programs.
Process and conduct payroll for our four permanent in-house employees.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license.
Must be a college student, recent graduate, or professional in an education or STEM field.
Must currently reside in Cincinnati. Applicants who have lived outside Ohio in the past seven years may experience delayed or rejected applications due to background check limitations.
High proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Connecteam, Coursera, and LinkedIn Learning.
CPR certification is a strong plus, though we do provide refresher training for our team.
Schedule and Commitment:
Mandatory training begins on May 22, 2026.
The core summer program runs from June 3 through August 7, 2026.
Standard summer hours operate Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, featuring select free Fridays, though flexible schedules are available to accommodate volunteer needs.
Official start dates are contingent upon the successful completion of onboarding, training, and background check verification.
