• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a resource on student social/emotional development and interactions with peers, faculty and staff.
• Provide care services to students including planning interventions and following up.
• Maintain relationships with staff and external agencies for care coordination and referrals.
• Collaborate with campus departments to improve processes related to care services.
• Maintain and disseminate a directory of community resources for the campus community.
• Oversee withdrawal requests for extenuating circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to promote Student Care Services.
• Maintain accurate case records and assist in reports and annual review preparations.
• Interpret University policy and recommend updates as needed.
• Assist with department goals, operations and projects.
