Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of related full-time experience with two years in a related role.
• Experience with personal computers using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Combination of education, experience and certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource on student social/emotional development and campus interactions.
• Provides care services including intervention plans, communication, and follow-up.
• Maintains relationships with staff and external agencies for care coordination and referrals.
• Collaborates with campus departments to improve processes and awareness.
• Maintains and disseminates a directory of community resources for students.
• Oversees withdrawal requests for extenuating circumstances.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates programs to promote Student Care Services.
• Maintains accurate case records and prepares monthly and annual reports.
• Interprets University policy and updates as needed.
• Assists with departmental goals, strategies, and projects.
