Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a Student Support Coordinator for the CARE AND RESOURCE CENTER (BL-CARE-IUBLA). The role provides front‑line support, coordinates behind-the-scenes operations, and ensures compassionate care for students navigating academic and personal challenges.

You will manage the front desk, calendars, and logistics for trainings and events, while handling confidential student records with discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education/experience considered.
• Two years in an office, higher education, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer front desk inquiries and assist students, staff, and partners.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for events.
• Prepare documents, agendas, and Care Team materials.
• Coordinate scheduling for Care Coordinators and outreach activities.
• Maintain confidential student records and assist with data entry and reports.
• Manage office communications and support trainings and workshops.
• Support onboarding and teamwork through meetings and planning.
