Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education, public affairs, public health, counseling, social work, business, or related field.
• 2 years in student services, higher education, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Preferred: 3 years in disability services, student affairs, counseling, or related higher education environment.
• Preferred: Experience implementing accommodations for students with disabilities.
• Preferred: Knowledge of ADA, FERPA, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate disability accommodations and assist students with academic or personal challenges.
• Provide counseling, case management, and resource referrals.
• Promote student wellness through outreach, education, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to ensure equitable access to resources.
• Maintain confidential student records and comply with FERPA and ADA policies.
