Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.
• Five years of related professional experience in case management, student support services, social services, behavioral intervention, housing support, counseling, or related area.
• Experience with crisis management and student support services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services addressing personal, academic, financial, housing, or wellness concerns.
• Coordinate wraparound services, referrals, and follow-up to support student success.
