Job summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking student assistants for the Advancement/Sooner Club to support daily office operations and answer donor questions about tickets, donations, parking, and processes.

Responsibilities include member engagement, outbound calls, logging conversations, managing parking, and assisting with game-day operations, donor relations, and Excel reporting, with background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled for Fall 2026 term at the University of Oklahoma.
• Able to handle donor inquiries about tickets, donations, parking and processes.
• Experience with donor relations, Excel reporting and database management.
• Proactive communication and strong customer service demeanor.
• Ability to maintain discretion with donor information.

Responsibilities

• Answer main lines and respond to donors’ questions regarding tickets, donations, parking, and processes.
• Engage members via email and phone, ensuring timely communication.
• Log call conversations, manage office supplies, and handle mail flow.
• Assist with game-day operations including parking and tailgate logistics.
• Create and manage Excel reports and donor database tasks.
