Tarleton State University is seeking a Student Account Receivables Manager to lead AR activities, oversee collections, and implement automated processes to improve cash flow. The role focuses on policy compliance, data analytics, and staff training to enhance student account outcomes.

The position requires strong accounting knowledge, experience with ERP systems, and collaboration across university departments to optimize billing and collections while supporting student retention.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Eight years professional experience including a minimum of three years of progressively responsible financial, accounting, or data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and reporting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and oversees accounts receivable and collections for student accounts, including correspondence and payment agreements.
• Supervises Outreach and Recovery Coordinators and improves collection automation to increase revenue recovery.
• Maintains compliance with SAP 21.01.04.T0.01 for credit extensions, delinquencies, and write-offs.
• Administers State of Texas warrants holds on delinquent accounts and partners with the Comptroller’s Office to automate holds.
• Develops and delivers analytical reports to support data-driven decisions in Business Services.
• Trains staff on retention, account resolution, and regulatory compliance.
