Job summary

Texas Association of School Boards in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable & Revenue to lead full-cycle AR, revenue recognition, and general ledger activities, including adjusting journal entries and reconciliations. You will drive process improvements and work with TASB staff and external customers to ensure accurate reporting and timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of related experience, experience with large ERP systems ( Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ) and

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of directly related work experience.
• Experience with large ERP systems and integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of deferred revenue accounting and reporting.
• Oversee invoicing, system integrations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain order-to-cash processes in the ERP and ensure accuracy.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Lead and train accounts receivable staff.
