The position involves reconciling payments, processing deposits, and supporting the College's financial operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and FERPA

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field with 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Background checks as required by SSCC policies and laws.
• Ability to document identity and employment eligibility per IRCA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll per department needs.
• Maintain documentation consistent with SSCC/state policies and reconcile payments.
• Post payments and monitor student billing, holds, and third-party invoices.
• Monitor portals and ensure timely invoicing and deposits; report delinquencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and support college operations with accurate data handling.
