Job summary

NEBAT is seeking a Student Customer Service Representative in Fond du Lac to be the friendly face customers rely on daily. You will help with money transactions, answer questions, and suggest banking products that meet customer needs.

This on-site role is primarily part-time during the school year (10–20 hours/week) and shifts to part-time/full-time (30–40 hours/week) during the Summer. You’ll learn banking basics and teamwork in a supportive environment.

• Recommend bank products based on customer needs.
