Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Prior job-related experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a K-12 setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with first aid and medication administration to students.
• Document and input student attendance daily.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with district personnel and student family regarding attendance.
• Input student data including enrollment, withdrawals, schedules, transcripts, test scores, immunizations, demographics.
• Enroll and withdraw students and support families in the enrollment process.
• Prepare attendance reports and documents for administrators and district personnel.
• Maintain accurate student records within the information system.
• Prepare required reports in coordination with clerks and administrators.
• Participate in district meetings to communicate information and gain feedback.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Distribute documents and materials to staff, students, and parents.
• Answer phones and support other departments.
• Perform clerical duties for daily building activities.
• Assist with supervision of students to ensure a safe learning environment.
