Qualifications

• Experience in a K-12 setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document and input student attendance daily.
• Communicate clearly with district personnel and families about attendance.
• Input enrollment, withdrawals, schedules, transcripts, and other student data.
• Enroll and withdraw students and assist families in enrollment.
• Prepare attendance reports for administrators and district staff.
• Maintain accurate student records in the SIS and related systems.
• Distribute documents to staff, students, and parents.
• Answer phones and provide clerical support for other departments.
