Job summary

MSU Texas is seeking a Student Success Coach for the Student Athletes department to drive academic achievement through focused, one-on-one coaching. You will create personalized academic plans, guide utilization of campus resources, and collaborate with Athletics to support student-athletes.

The role reports to the Director of the Student Success Center, with a starting ASAP date and a monthly salary of $2,899.42 plus benefits, in a budgeted position (S008-27) at CO3795.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in student-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one conversations with student-athletes to support academic success.
• Develop academic plans tailored to student-athlete needs and schedules.
• Collaborate with Athletics and other campus partners to provide resources.
