Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible student services work experience.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of FERPA and confidentiality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic academic coaching and support to students.

• Liaise with success centers to ensure appropriate course enrollment.
