Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college in a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible student services work experience.
• Knowledge of FERPA and confidentiality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic academic coaching and support to students.
• Monitor academic progress and implement timely interventions.
• Liaise with college-based success centers for appropriate course enrollment.
