Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Student Associate for Liberal Arts Career Services to provide front-desk support, assist with events, and help students and staff with scheduling and communications.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable UT students with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent customer service. This 19-hour-per-week student role offers a daytime schedule in the UT main campus environment.

  • Assist with special events and programs, e.g. Law Fair and Liberal Arts Career and Internship Fair and support in cross campus logistics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Purpose

Liberal Arts Career Services is looking for an energetic, well-organized, and passionate Student Associate to join our team. Previous work experience at a front desk or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Salary Range

Work Shift

Student Associate will work up to 19 hours a week during business hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
