The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a Student Associate in the Undergraduate Advising Office. This student-facing role will help maintain a welcoming front desk, answer phones, schedule appointments, perform data entry, and assist with website updates.

Purpose Student Associates act as the administrative front line for a Student Affairs Undergraduate Advising Office. They perform everyday administrative tasks such as answering phones, creating appointments for students, data entry, and website assistance. They do not advise students on which classes to take, but they do connect students with the appropriate resources. The ideal candidate will also have a background in customer service, a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality, and must be able to demonstrate the ability to take initiative. Perform other office tasks as needed. Hiring for 2026 Fall Term and expected to continue for the Spring Term. All training necessary will be provided.
