University of West Georgia's University Recreation unit seeks an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to provide individualized fitness instruction for students, faculty, and staff. You will design customized workout programs, lead one-on-one sessions, and educate clients on exercise techniques and wellness.
A safe, motivating environment is a priority. Additionally, you will fulfill Group Fitness instructor duties as needed, collaborating with campus staff.
The University Recreation Personal Trainer is responsible for providing individualized fitness instruction and training services to students, faculty, and staff. Trainers design and implement customized workout programs, lead one-on-one sessions, and educate clients on proper exercise techniques and overall wellness. This role emphasizes motivation, relationship-building, and creating a safe, effective training environment. All personal trainers are required to also work as Group Fitness instructors.
