Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Hourly


Position Description:

Administrative Assistance

This may involve tasks like answering phones, filing paperwork, managing schedules, greeting visitors, and handling mail.


Customer Service

provide helpful and friendly support to fellow students, faculty, staff, or visitors.


Office Operations

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office or work area is often expected.


Project Support

assisting with various projects or events within their assigned department.


Data Entry and Records Management

Entering and managing data, including filing and scanning documents, may be part of the role.


Confidentiality

Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is usually required.
